Lauren and Clay's wedding was as sweet as it was Southern. We were met with extreme hospitality-- I'm pretty sure we were offered some sweet tea as soon as we walked through the door of Lauren's parents' home, where the wedding took place. :) And because we were running ahead of schedule, we were able to go take extra pictures of the bride and groom at Flippens Orchard and by a duck blind Clay uses during hunting season. The family and wedding party couldn't have been more accommodating or welcoming, and they made us feel more like friends than vendors. I think the only part of the wedding day we could have lived without were the crazy swarms of ladybugs- yes, ladybugs- throughout the whole day. I think we were swatting them off of us during the first look, ceremony, and all the way through the reception! But we were told that ladybugs bring good luck, so I'm sure Clay and Lauren will have a beautiful, long, happy marriage. :) Thanks so much you two for letting us be a part of your day! You all were wonderful to work with!
