For a typical portrait session, such as seniors, families, or engagements, I set aside an average of one- two hours of shooting time, my traveling to a location within a thirty mile radius of my studio in Union City, TN (otherwise I may charge a small traveling fee), and a viewing session that usually takes place about three weeks after the photoshoot. These portrait sessions are $75, which is due at booking. Prints and products may be purchased a la carte, and I would be more than happy to send a pricelist to you at your request! There is a $200 minimum order requirement.

Session Details:
Where- In Spring of 2020 I opened my very own studio in downtown Union City! With that, I can now offer studio sessions for newborns, or if the weather isn’t ideal for an outdoor session. However, I’m still happy to travel to other locations for outside photos or for lifestyle newborn sessions in my clients’ homes!
When- If we’re shooting outside, I love to start either in the morning or late afternoon when the sun is a bit lower in the sky. Mid-day just isn’t ideal for lighting!
What I have- If you’re coming to the studio, I have a few different background options and simple props for children/family photos, and I have lots of sweet tiny things for newborns— from wraps and little outfits, to headbands and bonnets. You only need to bring yourself and your outfits, unless there is something specific you’d like to incorporate into the session!
The Ordering Session
I want to make everything as easy and stress-free as possible for you, so that is why I do ordering sessions with my clients. After the photoshoot, I will get to work on your photos, doing my best to make sure they look as good as possible. Then we’ll get together about three weeks later, usually at the local coffee shop, and I will bring your pictures on a slideshow and we’ll narrow down your favorites. I’ll also bring samples of what I offer so you can see what it’ll be like before you order anything. I’ll keep up with all the image numbers and lists, as well as any editing requests, so you don’t have to do anything but pick up your order when it is ready!
