They met while playing softball in college back in 2010, and what started as a friendship built around this sport they loved, grew into something more over the years. Chelsea and Daniel didn't begin dating until 2016, but by then they were in a completely different place in life than they were back on the Skyhawks team. Now graduated, they were both passionate about their careers as teachers and coaches (at separate schools in neighboring counties), and were ready to put some roots down, together. Daniel surprised Chelsea with the sweetest proposal on the beach at a family vacation, getting down on one knee in the sand and even having strangers take pictures for them. :) And of course, she said yes!
I have only known this couple since last Fall, so there is a lot I don't know about them. However, when I looked around the cozy lodge during their reception, it was evident that these two have a big crowd cheering for them. There was always a line of people waiting to hug them, take a selfie with them, and congratulate them. I heard from more than one person how Chelsea and Daniel had impacted their lives or the lives of their children for the better-- children who had been taught or coached by the bride or groom. Throughout the day, you could tell that this couple was used to looking out for everyone around them, because they were always asking us how they could help or get us anything. I had to remind them that they didn't have to do anything for us-- this was their day! :) But it goes to show you how big their hearts are, and how they are always striving to serve those around them.

Chelsea and Daniel each gave a rose to their new in-laws during their ceremony, which was such a sweet idea!

You can tell how much this couple is loved by the amount of pictures everyone wanted to take of them and with them during the reception! (I do want to say thank you to the guests for being respectful for us, this picture could make it seem like this was a photographer's nightmare but I don't want it to come across that way! Everyone was very considerate when we needed to get our shots as well.)
