Baby Brooks, One Year Session

Baby Brooks turned a year old so it was time for his final milestone session! He was happy to show off his clapping skills and how he could crawl super fast, which made keeping up with him a fun time haha. :) He was enamored with the grass and trees and all there was to see and explore now that he was mobile, but he still loved cuddles with his mom and dad. Though we had wondered at his newborn session if he was going to have red hair or not, there definitely isn’t a doubt that he has some strawberry tones now! I love that hair with those dark blue eyes— a precious little combo!

Happy first year baby Brooks! It was so fun being your first photographer!

Little Ella and Family

Little Ella turned five last year so it was time for another session! This one was extra special because it was the last family session where she was the only child. Her baby brother has joined the world since then so she will have to share a little more of the spotlight at the next session we do. :)

We did this session in Ella’s backyard, so after we got the “normal” photos out of the way, she got to put on her princess dress and take some magical photos in that as well! I love seeing her little imagination in those pictures. Such a fun age!

The Quinn Family

I’m a little extra attached to these folks, as this is my sister and her precious family. :) Aren’t they just the cutest?! We had been trying to get this session in for a few months and were finally able to get it done early last Fall, but definitely did not expect the temperatures to still be in the 90’s at that point! I’m thankful they stuck with me even though we were all a bit uncomfortable in the crazy TN heat and humidity. 😅 Next time maybe we’ll get lucky with a much more pleasant day for pictures! At least we got some sweet little smiles to make our efforts worth it. I just love these people!
