Seniors

Kaitlyn, Senior Class of 2019

I had a few helpers for Kaitlyn’s senior session, including her mom and our mutual friend Darcey, so it was easy to get some real smiles from Kaitlyn, and nice to have an extra few hands to help with wind blown hair or to hold the reflector for me. :) We started off downtown Union City, utilizing those great brick background and such that went perfectly with her outfit choices. Darcey had brought a few hats for us to choose from for a more playful option, and the hat images were some of the favorites from the day! After we had finished in the downtown area, we drove to Kaitlyn’s grandparents’ home where we were able to incorporate some extra sentimental items, including the Tennessee blanket that you can see in a picture below. Those personal touches can add a little extra meaning to the pictures for my clients, so I am always happy to add them in when possible!

Thanks so much for letting me take these for you Kaitlyn! And congratulations on your upcoming graduation!

Noah, Senior Class of 2019

Another senior graduating this Spring! I had such a great time working with Noah and getting to know him a little at his senior session. In between pictures we talked about baseball and college plans, and while he changed his mom and I chatted about everything from gardens to family pets. :)
We started off in downtown Martin, TN, and then headed to a more natural location where we had trees and ponds and fields behind him rather than brick and concrete. It was such a beautiful afternoon, with temperatures just right and the sun setting when we finished up. During this colder, cloudier season, I really miss those beautiful Fall days. But I have a feeling that Spring will be here before we know it!

Congratulations on your upcoming graduation, Noah! I wish you all the best!

Nathan, Senior Class of 2019

We took Nathan’s senior pictures outside his family’s home, and I love that we were able to incorporate some of the scenery he has grown up with into these photos. From the big tree in the front yard to the field in the back, and the cabin that has been there for many, many years, I’m sure there are memories to be relived around all of them. It is always a fun challenge to go somewhere new to take pictures, and this location was not only lovely, but it will make these photographs even more special for Nathan and his family to look back on in years to come.

Also, I love that we were able to include some pictures with the baseball equipment towards the end. You can tell Nathan loves this sport by the way he lit up when we took those pictures, and I think they were his and his mom’s favorite from the whole session!

Congratulations on your upcoming graduation, Nathan!
