Parker, Senior Class of 2018

We took a few traditional senior photos for Parker's session, and then drove down lots of curvy roads to get to some of their family property. Parker spends a lot of time duck hunting, so it was the perfect place to incorporate his hobby into the session! We went out on their boat for some pictures, and the cloudy skies paired with the mist in the air gave the images some extra mood and atmosphere. Normally I would have wished for sunny skies, but I think the cloudy day worked out great for his session! We ended the afternoon at a mill his family has owned for years and I'm so glad we were able to incorporate just a little bit of that history for them. Such a fun session, even in the rain and through the mud! :)

Gracie, Senior Class of 2018

I worked with Gracie's older sister a few years ago for her senior session, so I was very excited when they asked me to come back again this past Fall to take Gracie's senior pictures. We took these at her dad's home, and it proved to be a perfect backdrop for her session! From the open fields to the little woodpile, to the pond just across the yard, there were plenty of places to take pictures.  It was wonderful catching up with everyone and hearing about Gracie's plans for after high school as we walked around the property. And I was so excited when Gracie's horse, who has been by her side for quite some time now, made a special appearance in a few pictures. :) Such a beautiful afternoon for a wonderful session!

Alli, Senior Class of 2018

We took the first few pictures of Alli's senior session around Downtown Union City before going to her home for the rest. It was such a lovely Fall afternoon, and the leaves were just starting to show out a bit with their beautiful, warm colors. When we got to her home, I could see why they wanted to take pictures there-- from their log cabin house her dad built, to the woods behind it with a stream running through, and the road close by surrounded by golden leaves, we had plenty of backgrounds to choose from. We also took some pictures with her amazing blue Mustang, which is not something I get to work with every day! :) Alli was as sweet as she was beautiful, and I had such a great time taking her senior pictures. I could tell from talking with her mom that they are so proud of her, and I have a feeling her future after high school is going to be a bright one.
