Paige + Trevor, Engagement Session

These two, along with many others, had to change their plans when their original wedding date scheduled for May got pushed back to September (this weekend!) due to Covid-19. However, they navigated the difficult decisions during that time with such grace. I’m truly inspired by all our wedding clients this year, and how they have just rolled with the punches 2020 has given them!

We took these engagement pictures last November, and hadn’t exactly expected to have snow on the ground for them when we scheduled this session. :) But the golden leaves still showed off, and we got some sweet, sweet pictures of Paige and Trevor, even in the freezing cold weather. Thank goodness this weekend looks to be beautiful for their big day! I cannot wait for Saturday! ❤️

Hannah + Chad, Engagement Session

Hannah and Chad were so wonderful to work with for their engagement session last Fall, it makes me that much more excited to work with them for their wedding this September! We started off their session downtown Martin for a more urban feel, then ended with some sunset pictures at a lovely location with more natural surroundings. I love the variety we were able to achieve within the two hour session! It was so fun to get to know these two a bit in between pictures, and I know their wedding day will be one for the books. Less than two months until they say I Do! ❤️

Ashley + Holly, Engagement Session

Though the world looks a bit different now than it did just a short while ago when these two got engaged, one thing has stayed the same— Ashley and Holly are as in love now as they were in October when she said yes to his proposal. :) And what a proposal it was! Ashley planned a beautiful afternoon hot air balloon ride to set the scene for asking the big question, though as it turns out, it’s not all that simple to take a trip into the air like that. The weather and the winds have to be just right, but Ashley was patient and persistent, and after a few attempts, they were finally able to go on this special outing. Of course, Holly said yes, and I have a feeling they were on top of the world in more ways than one that day!
This couple is so fun and sweet, and we can’t wait to be a part of their wedding day this weekend!
