I had so much fun working with my friends at Westfalia Farms for this engagement session! It was a cold, cold day when we did these pictures, but Tiffany and Annibale were champs and shivered with smiles on their faces. :) Though the grass wasn’t green and there weren’t many leaves left on the trees, we took full advantage of the scenery on the farm that looks beautiful no matter the season! And having a sweet, lovely couple to work with made the pictures even better. ❤️
I’ve been taking pictures for Kallan since her high school senior portraits, which makes me feel so old! :) It has been such a joy being a part of some of the most special moments in her life, from her final year in high school, to her engagement and wedding, and now this year, I’ll be able to photograph Kallan & Dalton with their new little one. This is one of those moments I feel entirely blessed that I get to be a photographer!
Kallan and Dalton had settled into their new home with their sweet puppy last year, and asked if I would come take some photos of them all together there before we continued the session elsewhere. Their little dog was so happy and so loved, and I know she had the best life with these two. Though she unfortunately passed away since this session, I’m grateful we were able to capture these sweet memories for Kallan and Dalton. ❤️
These two, along with many others, had to change their plans when their original wedding date scheduled for May got pushed back to September (this weekend!) due to Covid-19. However, they navigated the difficult decisions during that time with such grace. I’m truly inspired by all our wedding clients this year, and how they have just rolled with the punches 2020 has given them!
We took these engagement pictures last November, and hadn’t exactly expected to have snow on the ground for them when we scheduled this session. :) But the golden leaves still showed off, and we got some sweet, sweet pictures of Paige and Trevor, even in the freezing cold weather. Thank goodness this weekend looks to be beautiful for their big day! I cannot wait for Saturday! ❤️
