I am happily married to Jimmy, a financial controller, an amazing cook, and my fellow coffee enthusiast. We have a son named James, who is our little joy. He is a toddler now and it is so much fun seeing his personality really take shape! I love being his momma. ❤️
I have worked in this industry full time for over ten years now, and have photographed a little bit of everything— weddings, high school seniors, commercial projects for local businesses and nationwide magazines, and families big and small. And I have to tell you, as much as I love taking pictures of pretty much anything, my heart is really with families. Maybe because I have my own now, I see how beautiful the everyday moments are, and how quickly seasons change and children grow.
A little bit of my history— I grew up in Troy, Tennessee, and went to college in Nashville for a few years to study photography. After graduating, I moved back home in 2011 and started my photography business in Obion County. That’s where most of our family lives, and where I met my husband and where we had our son. In 2022 though, we moved to North Carolina a little outside of Charlotte, and are beginning to put down some roots here! We love it so far and can’t wait to get to know the people and the area more.
Statesville, North Carolina and Beyond.
We recently moved from Tennessee (Union City, to be exact) but I’m excited to begin serving our new community in Statesville, North Carolina (about 40 minutes outside of Charlotte). I have also worked with photography clients in Illinois, Kentucky, Arkansas, Florida, East Tennessee, Memphis and Nashville. I am happy to travel when able! (Especially if there is a good coffee shop around!)
